About Us
We are a small company that deals with short-long stays in Florence at 5 suites in a building dating back to the fourteenth century. Our mission is to leave a pleasant memory of the experience in Florence in the heart of our guests. Also, and perhaps above all, in short stays our eye on details is placed on the guest. From the reception of the reservation we inquire about the nature of the stay. Don’t worry if you don’t know what to do or see in Florence, we’ll be happy to help you creating your perfect florentine stay! We try to give maximum assistance while not staying at the building 24 hours a day: at check-in we provide our contacts making sure we take support for any questions or necessity. However, for emergencies, we reach the building in a short time: we all live close by! Passionate about our territory and first of all of Florence it was impossible for us to not showing and make our guests living the city with our eyes! We want our guests to always feel at their home .. away from home!

Parking
Palazzo Del Moro is situated just in the parallel street of Quick Garage, Via dei Fossi 50r. You can tell to the garage staff that you are our guest and you will get a discount on the parking lot per day. The garage allows you to pass through ZTL without any risk to receive a fee! If you may need, you can get also a hand-car wash service and a car tire pressure check – ask to the Garage staff for more info!
Private Driver
Our Palazzo Del Moro Exclusive Driver will welcome you upon arrival at any of the local train stations or nearby airports. Our experienced driver (with official chauffeur’s certification NCC required by the City of Florence) will meet you at the arrival gate or platform, also offering assistance with your luggage to ensure you are promptly accompanied to the YPIF Palazzo of Your choice. We offer transfers to and from the main airports of Florence, Pisa and Bologna and any Florence Train station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella, Firenze Campo di Marte, Firenze Rifredi).
